20 Weeks...

We are half way done and 20 more weeks to go! I had my 20 week appt today and everything is looking and sounding good. Heart rate was in the 160s and she is growing well!

We are on our way to Nebraska tomorrow to celebrate Grandma Kienker's 80th birthday. It will be a nice little road trip for us and probably will be our mini summer vacation. :)

Ear Piercing Video

Here is the video of Brynn getting her ears pierced! Enjoy!

Ears Pierced Part 1

Before she got her ears pierced.

Mommy and the big girl!

Right after they were done piercing her ears!

Ears Pierced Part 2

Brynn got her ears pierced today and she did such a great job and didn't even cry (even though we were expecting her to)! She sat there very still and quiet. She looks a bit freaked out, but when we asked her if she was nervous, she said no. After she got her ears pierced she got a treat at the cookie store. She also had a great time playing in the water play area at the mall.

July 4th

We didn't do much yesterday, but still had a great day! We started the day off at Denver Zoo and had a great time. We had a very yummy lunch at Olive Garden, then came home and Brynn took a nap while Dan and I played Guitar Hero a bit and I updated my blog...FINALLY!! Then Anita came over around 5:30 and we cooked Mushroom Swiss burgers inside the house since it was raining pretty bad outside. We also had some yummy desserts (cheesecake and brownies), that I still haven't tried since I was still so full from lunch and from the burger. We watched the New York City Macy's fireworks show on tv from the comfort of our couch and that was the extent of our 4th! It was a great and relaxing day!

It's a....

GIRL!!! Most everyone now knows that we are having another girl, but here are some ultrasound pictures we got when we had our 3D/4D Ultrasound last Saturday. It was so neat to see her squirm around and get mad at the ultrasound tech because she kept poking her. Some of the pictures are hard to tell what you are exactly looking at, but see if you can figure it out. :) We are still trying to finalize a name for our new little girl, but we'll let everyone know when we do. :) In one of the pictures you can see the umbilical cord right up around her face. Enjoy!

Long time, no write

Yes, I know it's been awhile since I've written anything, but I am going to finally try and catch up on everything! To start Brynn is now 4 and she is going to be a big sister soon! We found out in April that we were expecting another baby! This little one was planned (unlike Brynn) and we are all very excited to meet the new little one. My due date is December 4th, 2009, a day before Dan's birthday. He is kinda hoping it's born on his birthday too.

Brynn started going to a new preschool about 3 minutes away from our house and she is loving it. The kids get to go swimming 3 times a week in the summer time since the school has a pool and she is really enjoying it and getting a very nice tan! She is also learning her letters and how to write as well. She has gotten very good at writing her name and we are so proud of all that she has learned so far. It's hard to believe that in a little over a year she will be in Kinder!

I'm hoping to keep everyone updated with the pregnancy and with our little family.

Happy 4th of July!
